I read another excellent book on losing belly fat by Stephen Williams entitled Fastest Way To Lose Weight Shed Those Extra Pounds The Fast Way. That was a good book. Then I decided to find out what other books on the same topic, was out there for people like me. This was when I came across this book by Tashara Jane. Getting rid of a stubborn belly is a frustrating option for most women. Doing multiple stomach crunches and trying innumerable diets have resulted in nothing but time and money spent.
This is a simple but concise book that tells it like it is from a laymen's perspective. It is easy to understand and gain confidence in oneself as you go through the book as the feeling "I can do it" slowly rises exuding confidence and eagerness. There is no fad diet in this book nor strenuous ian exercise. It is all simple common sense from Tashara Jane's point of view. The book is written based on her personal experience, which is reflected in the information provided. She has also stated the fact to seek professional consultation before embarking on her program
The topics of the book include information on the amount of fiber in our food, reducing calorie intake, body detoxification, crash diets, supplements and cardiovascular workout. She has also provided a list of recipes to complete the package. The information provided here is useful not only for first time reading but also as a refresher on the program's tips and techniques.
The duration of the program is two weeks which is a comfortable duration, as two weeks is the tolerable level for most people to see results or else surrender rises to the fore. Two weeks also enables one to give one's full attention and to sustain that attention without being sidetracked into something else.
Well written advice on weight loss, diet and exercise. Not the usual hype or "next best thing" in losing it all NOW! Insightful and easy to read. The recipes included in the back of the book are easy to prepare and delicious! Anyone interested in changing their eating habits for a healthier lifestyle, and healthier weight would benefit from this book!
